Honey & thyme Apples & Greek yoghurt

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 apple

  • Unrefined cane sugar

  • Butter

  • Thyme

  • Honey

  • Greek yoghurt (Fage is in rich in protein & low in fat & contains no added sugar)

  • GR’EAT Dream: Apple, cinnamon & Pecan granola

Preparation:

  1. In a pan, melt the butter. Place finely sliced apples in the pan & sprinkle with the cane sugar to form the base of a caramel. Add in the thyme. Bake the apples until golden & turn them around. Repeat.

  2. In a bowl, place 2 tsp Greek yoghurt, a few apple slices. Drizzle with honey & sprinkle with GR’EAT granola. Decorate with a few thyme branches.

    A perfect breakfast, snack or dessert!
